Market Signal provides AI-generated market-research reports based on publicly available data and third-party data sources. The insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials confidential.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• Refrain from scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to access non-public areas of the Service.
• Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to overload, disrupt, or bypass usage limits.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services (such as payment processors, data providers, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies may apply.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the period ends.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• If we are unable to collect payment, we may suspend or terminate your access.

6. Refunds

If the Service fails to provide actionable insights within your first 30 days, please contact us for a full refund. Refund eligibility beyond this window is determined at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual-property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and generated reports. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use reports for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the content without written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any report and expressly disclaim liability for decisions made based on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Signal and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period or 30 days after notice, whichever is sooner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Market Signal is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
